I found the hotel to be pleasant overall. The rooms were clean but quite dark, although the convenient location next to the pool on the ground floor made up for it. The service was a mix of friendly and helpful staff, although a bit lacking in knowledge at times. The hotel's location required a bit of effort to get around, especially to reach the historic center, but once I got my bearings, it was manageable. The dining experience was average, with nothing particularly outstanding. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel room was a bit of a letdown with its dated and dim atmosphere, arguably one of the least appealing we've encountered in years, located on the ground floor beside the pool. On the upside, it did offer an iron and ironing board.
